Midfielder “Roma” Leandro Paredes was voted by subscribers as the best player in the second Europa League semi-final against “Bayer” (2:2).
The Argentinian scored twice, converting two penalties. In a poll by the Telegram channel, he received 42% of the vote.
Paredes’ goals did not help Roma win – Bayer managed to equalize the score, extend their unbeaten streak in all competitions to a record 49 matches and reach the final of the Europa League, where Leverkusen will meet Atalanta.
