Everton have loaned Portugal’s Vinagre. He plays the position of Mikolenko

Reuben previously played in England for Wolves.

Everton signed the Lisbon defender Sporting Ruben Vinagre. The Toffees have loaned the 23-year-old Portuguese until the end of the 2022/23 season.

Vinagre is a potential competitor of the Ukrainian Vitaly Mikolenko. The Portuguese usually plays as a left-back, sometimes also playing on the left in midfield.

Ruben has previously played in the Premier League, playing for Wolverhampton Wolves. He spent the past season on loan at Sporting, playing 18 matches for the Lisbon club. In the summer, the Lions bought out the Portuguese contract for 10 million euros.

Vinagre could make his debut for Everton in a charity match against Dynamo. The fight will take place on July 29 at Goodison Park.

Recall that in the last test match for Everton, Vitaliy Mykolenko scored a goal and an assist.

The new season of the English Premier League starts on August 5. In the first round on August 6, Everton will host Chelsea.
