Athletistic / Football. Two participants in the final match of the Russian Cup have been determined. These were Zenit from Saint Petersburg and Baltika from Kaliningrad. Zenit head coach Sergei Semak commented on the possibility of moving the match from Moscow to another city.
The final is scheduled for June 2 in Luzhniki (Moscow). But none of the Moscow teams managed to cross the barrier of the “RPL/Regional Way” final.
“What would I think about the idea of moving this match to Kaliningrad or St. Petersburg? Our job is to work, go out, play and try to win,” Semak said.
If Baltika manages to make the play-offs for the right to participate in the next RPL season, then they will have to play additional matches on May 29 and June 1. Maybe the RFU will adjust the schedule, but for now it is like this.
