Athletistic / Football. CSKA goalkeeper Vladimir Shaikhutdinov says he is ready to take the field in the second leg of the Russian Cup final with Zenit. The 19-year-old goalkeeper appeared on the field at the end of the first half, replacing the injured Vladislav Torop.
“Maybe Slava and I already have a certain tendency. Once in the youth team I received a red card, after which I replaced him. Then it was scarier – I didn’t know not what to do. But with Zenit I was already ready I went out to do my own work, ”- quotes Match TV Shaikhutdinov.
In the first half, Vladislav Torop hit the head of Zenit defender Nuraly Alip and left the field in an electric car. It is interesting that Shaikhutdinov played his first match in the main army team.
CSKA lost to Zenit (0:0, 4:5 on penalties) and resigned as winner of the National Cup. In the superfinal of the current tournament, Zenit will face Baltika Kaliningrad.
