“The final composition will be announced next week. Alexander Golovin is not on the list as he is recovering from an injury and obviously won’t be ready for the game in Minsk. As for the players who can participate in the Russian Cup final, if Mostovoy, Sergeev and Latyshonok are on the final list, they will join the national team after the Cup match. The same with Alexei Miranchuk: on June 2 he will play his last match in the Italian Championship, after which, if nothing interferes, he will also join the team,” Karpin was quoted as saying by the press service of the national team on the official RFU website.
The Russian national team training camp will begin in Novogorsk on June 1. On June 7, the national team will play a friendly match against Belarus in Minsk at the Dynamo National Olympic Stadium.
