The agreement with the young goalkeeper is for four years, with the rest – for a year
Krivbass officially announced the extension of contracts with a number of players – goalkeeper Bogdan Khomamidfielders Yuri Vakulko And Dmitry Khomchenovskyand also a winger Maxim Zaderaka.
21-year-old Khoma has been a player for the Krivoy Rog club since the summer of 2022, but has not yet played for the first team. The new agreement with the young goalkeeper is for four years.
The remaining players’ contracts were extended for one season. The 34-year-old Khomchenovsky (team captain) has 0-21 matches, one goal and four assists this season. 26-year-old Vakulko played one less match and scored only one assist.
The only stable starting player of the four is 29-year-old Zaderaka, who has seven goals (six of them in the first 11 rounds) and three assists in 26 matches of the season.
Krivbass, despite defeats in the last two rounds, guaranteed itself third place in the UPL ahead of schedule. Next season, Yuri Vernidub’s team will play in the Champions League qualification.
In the current campaign, the Krivoy Rog team has two matches left: away against Dynamo (May 18) and at home against Minaya.
