Spartak defender Pavel Maslov told that leaving Georges Dzhikia leaving the club is a big loss for the “reds and whites”.
“Spartacus” announced on Saturday Jikia’s departure from the club when his contract expires at the end of the season. On Sunday, Jikia led the team as captain in the match of the 29th round of MIR RPL against Rubin (3:1) and was replaced in the second half.

Dzhikia left Amkar for Spartak in December 2016. Since then, he has made 215 appearances and scored five goals. As part of the Moscow team, the 30-year-old footballer won the Russian Championship, Cup and Super Cup of the country.
