Athletistic / Football. Dynamo Moscow general director Pavel Pivovarov answered a question from journalists about the possible arrival of blue and white defender Georgy Dzhikia. The 30-year-old Russian will leave Spartak at the end of the 2023/2024 season as a free agent.
“Could Dzhikia end up at Dynamo? We will consider all transfer issues after the end of the season, this summer,” Pivovarov was quoted as saying by Match TV.
Georgy Dzhikia, together with Spartak, became the champion of Russia and also won the country’s Cup and Super Cup. He has been playing in the red and white jersey since January 2017 and during this period he has played 215 matches for the capital team. Before that, Dzhikia played for Amkar Perm and Khimik Dzerzhinsk. Georgy graduated from the Lokomotiv academy in Moscow.
