The head of the Republic of Dagestan Sergei Melikov congratulated Makhachkala “Dynamo” with access to the first division of the Russian football championship.
Dynamo scored 61 points one round from the end of the MELBET First League and is in second place in the standings, Khimki (63) is first. Both clubs won tickets to the WORLD RPL ahead of schedule.
