Juventus make an impressive comeback at Bologna

The home team led 3:0, but the Zebras came back in the last 15 minutes

Bologna beat on home field Juventus in the 37th round of the Italian Serie A with a big score, but allowed the opponent to win back – 3:3.

The home team scored twice in the 11th minute. First, Riccardo Calafiori shot at the goal from close range after a corner, and soon Santiago Castro responded to a cross from the left flank.

After the break, Calafiori scored a double after the opponent’s defense failed. It seemed like the game was already done. Juventus had nothing ahead for a long time. Only in the 76th minute there was a gift from the hosts’ player John Lucumi, which Federico Chiesa took advantage of.

Thiago Motta decided to save his energy in the end, and his team paid for it. The Zebras had a striking two-minute period: Arkadiusz Milik scored with a direct free-kick, and Kenan Yildiz intercepted the ball and fired past Lukasz Skorupski from outside the penalty area.

Juve played the first match under the leadership of Paolo Montero, acting head coach after the dismissal of Massimiliano Allegri.

After this draw, the teams had 68 points each. Atalanta may lose both of them (minus two points and a match in reserve).
