Denis Berinchik moved from tenth to seventh line
Absolute world heavyweight champion Alexander Usik took first place in the heavyweight division in the updated rankings ESPN.
The Ukrainian rose from second place, beating former WBC world champion Tyson Fury. Agit Kabayel (No. 8), who knocked out Frank Sanchez on the undercard of the Usyk-Fury fight, moved into the top 10 of the heavyweight rankings. Jared Anderson (No. 9) and Daniel Dubois (No. 10) dropped one spot.
ESPN lightweight ranking tops IBF champion Vasily Lomachenko. WBO champion in this category Denis Berinchik rose from tenth to seventh place.
Interim WBC junior middleweight champion Sergei Bogachuk retained sixth place in his division. Alexander Gvozdyk is in sixth place in the light heavyweight rankings. Sergey Derevyanchenko is in tenth place in the middle weight, and Artem Dalakyan is sixth in the bantamweight division.
On the night of May 19, Usik inflicted the first defeat of Fury in his professional career in a fight that took place at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia). The victory was awarded to the Ukrainian by a split decision: 115-112, 113-114 and 114-113.
Usik became the first absolute world heavyweight champion in the era of four belts. In the heavyweight division, the last time Lennox Lewis held absolute status was in 1999, but then three titles were enough for this title.
