Athletistic/Football. One of the famous Belarusian coaches is Viktor Goncharenko. He first became popular while working in his home country at BATE. Later the specialist moved to Russia. He worked in Kuban, Ural, CSKA and Ufa.
If his arrival in the Urals in 2015 did not achieve anything, then in 2022 the Belarusian led the Yekaterinburg club with serious goals. The 2022/2023 season turned out to be quite good. In RPL, the team takes 11th place and maintains its residence in the elite. The result in the Russian Cup was impressive. “Ural” reached the final of the RPL course, where they lost to CSKA in total in two matches. The team then lost to Krasnodar in the second stage of the regional final.
The Yekaterinburg team started the 2023/2024 season with several victories. However, the results subsequently deteriorated. At the end of the season, Ural took 14th place. The team had to go to the play-offs for the right to stay in the RPL.
Akron became the rival of the Urals. In the first match, the Yekaterinburg team lost at home with a score of 0:2. Despite the fact that the second leg is coming, Viktor Goncharenko was fired from the post of head coach of Ural.
Fans of the Yekaterinburg club reacted to what happened. They left comments in the official community on VKontakte.
Evgeny Alekseevich:
– We should have done this sooner. Don’t come to that.
Igor Okhrimenko:
– While this miracle in an orange down jacket is jumping and waving his arms on the sidelines, not a single normal coach will come to the Urals. Take it and train like Rotenberg.
Sergei Evdokimov:
– I won’t say it’s a shame, but I wish you good luck in your future career.
Roman Razumov:
– The coaching cycle will be eternal.
Tasks are defined, but not included in resources.
Pavel Partin:
– Oleg Shatov is your way out, I am sure you will succeed, starting a career in FNL will be a good springboard for a future coaching career.
Semyon Frolov:
– He should have been fired a season and a half ago.
