After a successful start to the game with Indonesia, Ruslan Rotan’s team strengthened their position by defeating the Italian youth team with a score of 4:0.
The Ukrainians managed to open the scoring after half an hour of play, when Maxim Khlan burst into the penalty area, pushed past a defender and fired accurately into the top corner.
In the second half of the meeting, in the 53rd minute, Alexander Martynyuk decided to take a long-range shot from outside the penalty area and effectively placed the ball in the top corner. Daniil Sikan soon brought the result to devastating effect, successfully playing in the finish. The fourth goal of the Ukrainians was arranged by Yegor Yarmolyuk and Nazar Voloshin, who had just been replaced: the first passed the ball, and the second shot into an empty goal.
