Forward Mohamed Salah recognized as the best player Liverpool in the 2023/24 season.
This was Salah’s fourth title in seven years in a Reds shirt. During the voting, the Egyptian was ahead of Virgil van Dijk and Alexis McAllister in the top 2.
The player achieved a number of achievements in the last club season. Thus, the Egyptian was the first in the history of the Premier League to score more than 10 goals and 10 assists in three consecutive Premier League seasons. Mohamed also became the first player in the Premier League to score six goals in matches against Manchester United at Old Trafford.
Salah, 31, has made a total of 44 appearances for Liverpool across all competitions in the 2023/24 season. He has 25 goals and 14 assists.
Jurgen Klopp’s team finished the Premier League season in third position, behind Manchester City and Arsenal. Arne Slot has been appointed as the team’s new head coach following Klopp’s departure.
