Athletistic / Football. Napoli winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has spoken out about rumors surrounding his desire to leave the Italian club. Previously, Newcastle United and Paris Saint-Germain had shown interest in him.
“I feel that in Naples I am really valued and I feel supported by the people around me. It’s a big responsibility because you always want to live up to the expectations of those who believe in you. I work hard, I do everything to make the Neapolitan fans happy,” journalist Nikolo Skira quoted Kvaratskhelia as saying on his social media page.
In the 2023/2024 season, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia scored 11 goals and nine assists in 45 matches for Napoli in all tournaments. His contract with the Italian club runs until June 30, 2027. The Transfermarkt portal estimates the market value of the Georgian footballer at 80 million euros.
Earlier it was reported that PSG agreed to pay up to 100 million euros for Khvicha. The French club sees him as a potential replacement for Kylian Mbappe, who left for Real Madrid.
