Titov: “I would like to see a friendly match between Russia and Kazakhstan. This match will be sold out.”

Former Spartak footballer Yegor Titov spoke about his desire to see a friendly match between the national teams of Russia and Kazakhstan.

On Monday, Cherchesov was named head coach of the Kazakhstan national team. Previously, this position was held by Magomed Adiev.

— Of course, I would like to see a friendly match between Russia and Kazakhstan. I would not consider this match as a confrontation between Karpin and Cherchesov, I would consider it another interesting match for our team. Moreover, in Kazakhstan they really like Russian football and follow it. Therefore, I think any match between these teams will be sold out. So why not. And the fact that Cherchesov is now working there is also a good sign,” RB Sport quotes Titov.

On June 7, the Russian team defeated the Belarusian team with a score of 4:0 in a friendly match held in Minsk.
