Ukraine will play against Romania for the seventh time and for the first time in Germany
The Romanian national team will be the ninth team that the blue-yellows will play in Germany. Most often, Ukrainians in this country met with the Bundesteam – five matches. Ukraine played two matches in Germany with Italy, one each with the teams of the UAE, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Switzerland and Turkey.
The match at the Allianz Arena will be the seventh in the history of the confrontation between the national teams of Romania and Ukraine. The previous six were friendly matches. Both teams won three matches, and the last time Ukraine lost to Romania was in 2003.
