Athletistic / Football. Napoli and Georgian national team winger Khvacha Kvaratskhelia answered a question about his future. It was previously reported that the 23-year-old Georgian was set to leave Italy’s Serie A.
“After Euro 2024, I will decide my future. But now I just want to give everything I have on the pitch to help my team. I certainly don’t think about what people are talking about now. For the moment , I am 100% focused exclusively on the Georgian national team,” Sky Sport Italian division quoted Kvaratskhelia as saying.
According to media reports, Khvicha is close to joining Paris Saint-Germain. Note that Kvaratskhelia’s father and the Georgian footballer’s agent added fuel to the fire by saying that the winger wanted to leave Naples and join a team playing in the Champions League.
On June 18, the Georgian national team played its first match in the final stage of the 2024 European Championship. The Georgians lost to Turkey with a score of 1:3 on the field of the Signal Iduna Park stadium in Dortmund. The next opponent for Willy Sagnol’s team will be the Czech Republic team.
