Ilya focused on the good readiness of the opponent
Defender Dynamo Ilya Zabarny commented on the upcoming match for his team in the third round of Champions League qualification against Sturm. Centrback emphasized that a very organized opponent will fight against the white-blues.
“The opponent is very well organized, so I think that the first match will be difficult, but at the same time interesting. Sturm stands out for team play, knows how and is not afraid to play football. They have already performed at a high level and looked very good in the matches that we reviewed.
“Preparations are in full swing. We are not talking about additional motivation, because the war continues in our country. Everyone understands for whom we will go out on the field and fight. We will do our best, not only for our fans, but for the whole of Ukraine.”
The first match between Dynamo and Sturm will take place on August 3 in Lodz. The match starts at 21:00. The return match is scheduled for August 9th.
Fans can already buy tickets for the first match between Dynamo and Sturm. Ticket prices range from PLN 40 (UAH 318) to PLN 150 (UAH 1195) depending on the selected sector.
The main arbiter of the first confrontation will be the Frenchman Francois Letexier. The 33-year-old referee is considered one of the most talented referees in France.
