Athletistic / Football. On the night of July 3, the group stage of the America’s Cup 2024 ended. Based on its results, the playoff bracket of the tournament was formed.
In Group A, the teams of Argentina (1st place) and Canada (2nd place) qualified for the quarter-finals. Quartet B will be represented by the national teams of Venezuela (1st) and Ecuador (2nd). The winner of Group C was Uruguay and Panama went from second place to the quarter-finals. Colombia took first place in Quartet D, and thanks to them, Brazil qualified for the playoffs.
America’s Cup Quarter-Finals Matches – 2024:
- Argentina – Ecuador: July 5, 4:00 a.m. Moscow time;
- Venezuela – Canada: July 6, 4:00 a.m. Moscow time;
- Colombia – Panama: July 7, 1:00 a.m. Moscow time;
- Uruguay – Brazil: July 7, 4:00 a.m. Moscow time.
In the semi-finals, the winner of the first match will face the strongest team from the second quarter-final, and the winner of the third match will face the best team from the last match of the 1/4 finals of the tournament.
The 2024 America’s Cup final will take place on the night of July 15 at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami (Florida, USA) and will start at 15:00 Moscow time.
