Earlier, a video emerged showing stewards beating a fan during the 1/8 finals of the Portugal – Slovenia tournament. However, UEFA has not yet made any official comments.

The match took place on 1 July at the Deutsche Bank Park stadium in Frankfurt am Main. The teams failed to score in regulation time and extra time, and Portugal proved stronger in the penalty shootout (3:0).
