FC Khust officially confirmed that he plans to perform in First League-2024/25The club denied the information about withdrawal from the tournament.
“FC Khust will continue to write its history in Khust and beyond, where together with you, our dear fans, we will share our common victories! FC Khust will begin preparations for the 2024/25 season in the First League of the PFL this week.”
“The first two-week training camp will take place in Khust. At this stage of preparation, the team will work in a double training mode.”
Earlier, Khust President Mykhailo Madyarchik confirmed that in the new season his club will be based in Ternopil and will unite with FAT Podoliany into a single team. The President stated that the reason for this decision is the increased mobilization in Ukraine, due to which the club cannot guarantee the reservation of football players.
Khust showed the best result in the 2023/24 First League season among the relegated teams and replaced Druzhba, which withdrew from the PFL competitions for a number of reasons. The Zakarpattia team entered Group A of the First League. The base day of the first round of the tournament is July 25.
