What do you think of the U23 teams in Serie C? Who do you think is the favourite out of the three groups to win the final title?
“Under-23 teams are welcome because clubs invest a lot in young players and it is good to work in this direction. It is often better to develop a young player at home than to send him out on loan. As for the favourites, I would say Benevento, Avellino and Catania in Group C, Perugia and Ternana in Group B, and in Group A I would say Padova, Vicenza and Triestina. Serie C is unpredictable and very difficult, a surprise is always around the corner.”
