Both players were of interest to Dynamo this offseason
As became known Sport ArenaKiev Dynamo did not make any specific offers for the transfer of the Slask defender Lukasz Beiger and the defender of Saint-Etienne Michael Nade.
In Beiger’s case, the 22-year-old Polish defender was offered to the Kiev club by agents. However, Dynamo scouts and analysts were not impressed by Lukasz, and his only strength was his high speed.
25-year-old French Saint-Etienne defender Mikael Nade was of interest to Dynamo, but at a certain stage he made it clear that his main priority was to extend his current contract with Saint-Etienne, so Dynamo did not come up with any specifics in Nade’s case.
During this transfer window, Dynamo has already leased Fortaleza’s Colombian defender Bryan Ceballos, and also completed the transfers of three more Ukrainian midfielders – Oleksandr Pikhalyonok, Valentin Rubchinskiy (both from Dnipro-1) and Maksym Bragara from Chornomorets.
Dynamo finished second in the UPL in the 2023/24 season. Oleksandr Shovkovskiy’s team will play against Serbian Partizan in the second round of the Champions League qualification.
