Striker Thomas Müller has decided to leave the Bundesteam and never play again for the four-time world champions.
Thomas Müller will no longer play for the German national team. Journalist Christian Falk reported this decision by the legendary Bavaria and Bundesteam forward.
According to an insider, the famous football player decided to leave the national team immediately after the defeated quarterfinals at Euro 2024.
So, the last match for Müller was the match against Spain, where the Germans lost in extra time 2:1. This match is the 131st of the 34-year-old football player in the national team.
Only Miroslav Klose and Lottar Matthäus have played more matches for Germany than Müller.
Müller made his debut for the German national team in March 2010. Since then, he has scored 45 goals and made 41 assists. As a member of the German national team, he became the world champion in 2014.
We remind you that earlier another legendary football player of the German national team, Toni Kroos, announced the end of his professional football career.
