Athletistic/Football. French Football Federation President Philippe Diallo has commented on the future of national team coach Didier Deschamps. According to Diallo, despite being eliminated from Euro 2024 in the semi-finals, Deschamps will keep his job.
“I see no reason to question Deschamps’ current contract. The results of past tournaments speak in his favour and his objectives have been achieved. Didier will continue to work at the head of the French team,” L’Equipe quotes Diallo as saying.
Let us recall that in the semi-final of Euro 2024, the French lost to Spain with a score of 1:2.
