The sailors smashed their opponents in the first half. The score was opened by Alexander Pshenichnyuk, the second goal was scored by Alexander Vasilyev, and before the break Artem Prisyazhnyuk increased the gap to a crushing one.
For the second half, the Sailors fielded a lineup consisting mainly of 17-year-old team alumni. The opponents took advantage of this. Real Pharma managed to reduce the gap in a short time and then equalize the score.
Earlier, Chornomorets officially announced the appointment of Oleksandr Babich as head coach. The new coach replaced Roman Grigorchuk in this position.
Chornomorets finished 12th in the UPL last season. In the first round of the new Ukrainian championship, Babich’s team will play Kryvbas on August 3.
