Having raised around €50 million in January from the sale of Ngonge, Hien, Doig, Amione, Terracciano, Honglas and Djuric, and still managed to retain the category, Hellas Verona is set for another summer with a big boost from Setti-Sogliano. The Verona club’s goal for early 2024 will be to sell their best players if offers meet their demands, and then reinvest only part of that money in new purchases. Some have already arrived – Harrouhi, Mosquera and Frese – and a big capital gain is already in sight, because Tijani Noslin who joined from Fortuna Sittard for €1.5 million in January and was sold to Lazio for just under €9 million plus bonuses. A further €40 million could be collected in the coming weeks.
