WBC World Champion in the light middleweight category, Ukrainian Sergey Bogachuk (24-1, 23 KO) and the WBO International welterweight titleholder Vergil Ortiz (21-0, 21 KOs) held the first duel of glances.
Both boxers have already spoken about the confrontation. The Ukrainian emphasized that he is not going to part with the WBC interim world champion belt. Virgil stated that his boxing style is similar to Sergey’s.
The fight between Bogachuk and Ortiz will take place on August 10. The event will take place in Las Vegas at the Michelob Ultra arena in the famous Mandalay Bay casino. The interim WBC title, which Bogachuk holds, will be at stake.
