There Casertana FC reports that the player’s athletic performance is insured Ivan Kontek. The 1997-born defender joined from FC Catania on a permanent basis on a two-year deal. The Croatian centre-back, who grew up at Dinamo Zagreb, arrived in Italy in 2020 after making his debut in his country’s second division with Sesvete and spending two seasons in the Slovenian top flight with Aluminij. In Serie C, he was one of the protagonists of Ternana’s title victory, playing 31 matches and scoring one goal, and the following season he made his Serie A debut with the Umbrians. This was followed by experiences with Cesena, Foggia (with whom he reached the C playoff final) and Virtus Entella before arriving in Catania last January.
