Athletistic / Football. The press service of Rostov has prepared a video dedicated to the imminent start of the new season. In the video, the coaches and players of the yellow-blue appeared on the footage of the Don Cossacks.
It is noteworthy that the main characters of the video were the head coach of the Rostov team Valery Karpin and four foreign players – Nigerian defender Oumar Sako, Egyptian defender Eyad El-Askalani, Iranian midfielder Mohammad Mohebi and Brazilian winger Ronaldo.
Rostov will play its first official match on July 20, when Valery Karpin’s team will host CSKA in the first round of the 2024/2025 RPL season. The starting whistle will sound at 20:00 Moscow time.
In the last RPL draw, Rostov scored 43 points in 30 rounds and took 7th place in the Russian Championship standings.
