Kryvbas newcomer Amoroso: I feel comfortable in the position of a winger or attacking midfielder

Newbie Krivbassa Matteo Amoroso spoke about his favorite position on the field, and also commented on his father, a famous former Dortmund striker Borussia, Milana and the national team Brazil Marcio Amoroso.

“My favorite position on the field? I feel comfortable as a winger or attacking midfielder. That’s where I can bring the most benefit to the team. But I’m ready to play anywhere, wherever the head coach says, as long as my game brings benefit to Kryvbas.”

“Father? Yes, he is famous all over the world. My father is my idol, I always wanted to be like him. I am proud of him. I am grateful for everything he has done for me and for the way he supports me. But this story is over. Now it is time to write my own story.”

The contract with the 21-year-old player was signed for four years. It is known that Amoroso has dual citizenship – Brazil and Italy. For Kryvbas Matteo will play under number 27.

Amoroso played for the youth clubs of Udinese, Internacional, and his last club was Ituano, where he was listed from May to July 2024, without playing a single match in their squad during this time.

The father of the newcomer to Kryvbas is the famous former Brazilian forward Marcio Amoroso, who played for Borussia Dortmund, Milan, and also played 20 matches in the shirt of the Brazilian national team (scoring 10 goals).

This offseason, Kryvbas has already signed four new players: defenders Igor Snurnitsyn, Alexander Drambaev, Bakary Konate and forward Oche Ochovechi.
