The only goal of the match was scored by Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez in the 112th minute. Midfielder Giovani Lo Celso assisted him.
It is worth noting that the first substitution of the match came in the 66th minute – Albiceleste captain Lionel Messi left the pitch due to injury.
The Argentine national team won the America’s Cup for the second time in a row. In 2021, Lionel Scaloni’s team beat the Brazilian national team in the final with a score of 1:0.
