Ukrposhta announced a post block dedicated to To the Ukrainian Olympic team.
The issue was carried out with the support of the NOC of Ukraine. The postal block was made using holographic film. The artists were Sergey and Alexander Haruki.
The “Ukraine Olympic Team 2024” block includes six stamps (“Judo”, “Weightlifting”, “Fencing”, “Canoeing”, “Tennis” and “Shooting”), a “First Day” cover, as well as a C6 artistic cover and a commemorative card.
Our country will be represented in Paris by 140 athletes in 23 sports. This is the smallest representation of the blue and yellow during the Olympics.
Ukraine is sending the largest number of athletes to track and field — 25 athletes. For the first time, the blue and yellow will compete in breaking and rock climbing at the Games.
The 2024 Summer Olympics will be held in France from July 26 to August 11. The competition will feature 329 sets of medals in 32 sports.
