Even though there are new rules, we always find a way to either circumvent them or not apply them. So I would not like to see the old saying, “Make a law, find a hoax.” replaced by “Once the law is passed, we will continue the hoax.” This is unacceptable, because there is a problem of respect for the relative roles, first of all, of parliament.”
