The Brazilian has not played since October 2023
Forward of the Brazilian national team Neymar returned to training with the team Al-Hilal. The Brazilian’s club published a video where the forward greets fans and announces his work with the team.
Neymar suffered a knee injury in October 2023 in a 2026 World Cup qualifier against Uruguay. The Brazilian forward was substituted late in the first half and left the pitch in tears on a stretcher.
He was subsequently diagnosed with a torn meniscus in his knee and anterior cruciate ligament injury, ending the Brazilian’s season early.
In the 2023/24 season, Neymar played only 5 matches for Al-Hilal, scoring one goal and making three assists. In 2025, the forward intends to return to Santos.
Al-Hilal completed the “golden double”. In the Saudi Arabian championship, Jorge Jesus’ team beat Al-Nassr by 14 points and also beat Cristiano Ronaldo’s team in the Cup final.
