Samba Diallo scored the only goal
Dynamo South African narrowly defeated Mamelodi Sundowns at the training camp in Austria – 1:0.
The only and winning goal for the Kiev team was scored by Samba Diallo, who scored in the 26th minute. The score remained unchanged until the end of the match, although the South African team was close to recouping the score in the second half.
Earlier, Dynamo drew with Schalke (2:2) and Paderborn (0:0), and also defeated Brondby (4:0).
Dynamo finished second in the UPL in the 2023/24 season. Oleksandr Shovkovskiy’s team will play against Serbian Partizan in the second round of the Champions League qualification.
Shovkovsky’s team was supposed to start the new UPL season on the first weekend of August, but its away match against Oleksandria was postponed due to the call-up of players from both clubs to the Ukrainian Olympic team.
