There were three penalties in the match
In a friendly match, Lviv Carpathians played a draw with Ternopil Niva with a score of 3:3.
Already at the start of the game, the opponents exchanged goals, and ten minutes later they scored again. For Karpaty, Neves first scored a penalty, and then Pavlo Polegenko scored from the eleven-meter mark. In the 25th minute of the game, another penalty occurred, this time against the Lviv team, and Andriy Riznyk confidently converted the verdict.
After the break, Karpaty managed to equalize the score thanks to the efforts of Yuriy Tlumak. At the end of the match, Nyva was left in the minority after the goalkeeper was sent off, but the score on the scoreboard did not change until the final whistle.
Let us recall that today it became known that the head coach of Karpaty Myron Markevich resigned from the post of head coach of the team.
Karpaty have been promoted to a higher class following the results of last season and will play in the UPL. In the first round of the new Ukrainian championship, the Lions will meet Veres on August 3. The match starts at 15:30.
