Polesie will replace Dynamo V Ukrainian Women’s Premier League 2024/25.
According to the Regulations, if a representative of the Higher Division was removed from the tournament, its place was taken by the team that took third or fourth place in the First League. Minai, who finished last season in third place, decided to stay in the First League. Polesie became fourth and agreed to move up a class.
Let us recall that Dynamo decided to disband the women’s team in early July. The Kiev team finished eighth in the Premier League last season.
In the 2024/25 Ukrainian Women’s Championship, 12 teams will play in the Premier League. In the first round of the new season, Poliesie will play against the Panthers. The base start date of the tournament is August 7.
