Krevsun, Tuterov and Ponomarenko in Ukraine U-19 starting lineup for match against Norway at UEFA Youth Euro 2024

Sinchuk, Tsukanov and Bogdanov remained on the bench

Ukraine U-19 National Team announced the starting lineup for the match with Norway in the second round 2024 European Youth Championship.

Compared to the first round match against Northern Ireland (0:0), head coach Dmitry Mykhailenko made three changes to the lineup. Daniil Krevsun, Timur Tuterov and Matvey Ponomarenko will play from the first minutes instead of Viktor Tsukanov, Gennady Sinchuk and Dmitry Bogdanov.


Ukraine U-19 National Team: Krapivtsov, Ogarkov, Mihavko, Melnichenko, Gusev, Vashchenko, Matkevich, Krevsun, Gadzhiev, Tuterov, Ponomarenko.

The match between the youth teams of Ukraine and Norway will begin at 17:30 Kyiv time. Let us remind you that the 2024 European U-19 Championship is being held in Northern Ireland.

Two teams from each group will advance to the semi-finals. In addition, since the continental championship will also serve as UEFA’s qualifier for the 2025 World Cup (U-20), the teams that finish third in their groups will play for the fifth European spot at the World Cup. The final match of the 2024 U-19 European Championship will take place on July 28.
