With the end of the Euro Cup and Copa América, the ranking made by FIFA is updated; Brazil occupies the fifth position
On Thursday, FIFA released the ranking of the best current teams. With their premature elimination in the quarter-finals of the Copa América, the Brazilian team dropped to fifth place. On the other hand, Argentina, the two-time winner of the competition, remains in the lead. Spain, the European Cup champion, is in third place.
The major championships on both continents have led to major changes in the list. With the European Championship win, Spain jumped five positions and Colombia, with the American runner-up position, appeared in the top 10, in ninth place. Croatia, which had a poor campaign, was eliminated in the group stage of the Euro and is no longer one of the ten best teams today.
