Vasily Kobin’s team continues to strengthen its squad before the start of the UPL
Ingulets announced the transfer of the former midfielder Minaya Sergey Petko.
The term of the 30-year-old player’s agreement with the UPL newcomer has not been disclosed. Petko will play for Ingulets under number 32.
Petko’s last club was Minaj, which he left at the end of last season.
Over the course of a year and a half, Petko played 31 matches for Minaj, scoring two goals and making one assist. In the second round of last season, under Zeljko Ljubenovic, 30-year-old Sergey was a starting player and wore the captain’s armband.
Earlier, Ingulets leased two players from the Shakhtar U-19 team, Oleg Pushkarev and Ivan Losenko, and also signed Zorya goalkeeper Anton Zhilkin and Chaika defender Vitaliy Dubiley.
Ingulets returned to the UPL, becoming the champion of the First League. In the first round of the new season, Vasyl Kobin’s team will play away against Zorya on August 4.
