Athletistic / Football. West Ham United are set to complete a high-profile transfer, with the Hammers keen to bring Al-Ittihad midfielder N’Golo Kante back to the Premier League.
According to The Guardian, West Ham management are in talks with the Saudi club to buy Kante. The London Cats Club will pay €23 million for the 33-year-old Frenchman. The source notes that Kante is happy with the game and life in Saudi Arabia, but that under certain circumstances he would be happy to return to England.
N’Golo Kante joined Al-Ittihad in the summer of 2023 from Chelsea. In total, the Frenchman has made 44 appearances for the Saudi club, scoring 4 goals and providing 6 assists.
N’Golo Kante has already played for Chelsea and Leicester City. In both clubs, he became English champion. With the Londoners, the midfielder won the Champions League, the Europa League and the UEFA Super Cup.
