Last May, the Palestinian Football Association proposed to withdraw Israel because of the fighting in Gaza. FIFA subsequently ordered a legal assessment of this proposal. This was to take place on Saturday, July 20.
But FIFA has decided to postpone the decision. The organization believes that more time will be needed to analyze the situation.
