“I want to make a point here for you to understand. The person on the other end, I won’t say it’s Marcos Braz. The person on the other side of the counter was president of Russia for five years, that’s all. He was the president of Russia for five years. So, we’re not dragging a player from a club that has no history,” stated Marcos Braz.
Dmitry Medvedev was the president of Russia between 2008 and 2012, after the first eight years of Vladimir Putin in power. Subsequently, the current Russian president resumed his position, but the politician mentioned by Marcos Braz remained in government and served as the country’s prime minister for another eight years, until leaving office in 2020.
