Gabigol opens up about his contract with Flamengo: “Things that don’t…”

After scoring Flamengo’s winning goal against Criciúma, Gabigol spoke out about his contract and lashed out at the Rio de Janeiro club’s board of directors

The striker came on in the second half, was cheered by the fans and, after the victory, gave an interview to the sound of “Fica, Gabigol”, a chant that echoed in the stands of the Brasília stadium.

In a statement to ‘Premiere’, Gabigol showed clear dissatisfaction with Flamengo’s board. “Everyone knows my wishes. Many things were agreed upon that were not fulfilled. They did not act in a good way, in my opinion, with an idol.”said the number 99.
