Partizan has won only two out of ten matches against Ukrainian clubs. The last one was almost 15 years ago

Dynamo: 100% in matches against Partizan and five goals from Moraes

Partizan began his acquaintance with Ukrainian football with Dynamo. In the 1976/1977 season, the Kiev and Belgrade clubs met in the 1/16 finals of the European Champions Cup. Dynamo, rightfully considered one of the strongest clubs at the time, easily dealt with Partizan: 3:0 in the first match in Kyiv and 2:0 in the return match in Belgrade. Moreover, all five goals in these matches were scored by five different players of the white-blues.

The paths of Dynamo and Partizan crossed for the second time in the 2017/2018 Europa League group. Moreover, the match in Belgrade, like the return match of the current qualification, was held without spectators. In the away match, the Kievites achieved a strong-willed victory – 3:2, having recovered from 0:2. In the home match, they had no problems: a 4:1 victory. In Belgrade, Dynamo forward Junior Moraes scored a double, in Kiev – a hat-trick.

Partizan knocked Dnipro out of the UEFA Cup

Another club that lost to Partizan was Dnipro. In the 2024/2005 season, the Dnipro club passed two rounds of the UEFA Cup qualification, won its group with Brugge, Utrecht, Zaragoza and Austria, and in the 1/16 ended up against Partizan, which came in third in a group with Middlesbrough, Villarreal, Lazio and Egaleo.

In Belgrade, Partizan took the lead twice, but Dnipro bounced back twice. The result was a 2:2 draw. In Dnipro, the Ukrainians conceded in the 88th minute from Radovic, allowing the Serbs to advance to the 1/8 finals, where Partizan lost to the Russian CSKA.

Shakhtar is the last Ukrainian club to lose to Partizan

Shakhtar have crossed paths with the Serbian club twice in European competitions. The first time was in the 2009/2010 Europa League group. Then, Brugge and Toulouse found themselves in the same quartet with Shakhtar and Partizan. Shakhtar confidently crushed Partizan in the first match – 4:1, and allowed themselves to lose by a narrow margin in the second round match, which was already indecisive: Shakhtar secured first place in the group ahead of schedule, Partizan – last.

A year later, Shakhtar and Partizan were again in the same group, but this time in the Champions League. In addition to the Serbian and Ukrainian clubs, Arsenal and Braga were also in the quartet. The miners beat Partizan twice: 1:0 in Donetsk and 3:0 in Belgrade. Shakhtar, having scored 15 points, finished first, Partizan, having failed to score even one point, finished last.
