“Barko said that they would create history at Spartak. Many said the same thing before the match against Orenburg, but in the end the club disgraced history. It is not Dejan Stankovic’s fault, he has just arrived and he needs time. History was created by me, Igor Shalimov, Igor Netto and Nikita Simonyan,” Lovchev told Match TV.
In the first round of the Russian Championship, Spartak lost to Orenburg with a score of 0:2.
