A student of Kyiv Dynamo Dmitry Piven died at the front. This was reported by the official website of the Kyiv club.
From the first days of a full-scale war, Dmitry joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine to defend his homeland from the Russian invaders. He passed training camps, after which, as part of a motorized rifle battalion, he went in the direction of Donetsk, where he was “at zero”.
At the beginning of summer, “Ptah” (callsign Dmitry – approx.) Escaped Kyiv for a few days and signed with his beloved Elena. The next day after the new wife received a passport with a new surname, news came that Dmitry had died.
Pivn’s funeral will be held today, August 6, at the Berkovets cemetery.
It is worth noting that Dynamo Kiev expressed condolences in connection with the tragedy.
