Gram, Franjic, Glushchenko and Pedrinho in Shakhtar’s starting lineup for first friendly with Dinamo Zagreb

The kick-off of the penultimate Slovenian friendly match of the Miners is at 20:00

The starting lineup has been announced Miner for the first of two friendly matches against Dinamo Zagreb at a training camp in Slovenia.

The Miners’ coach Marino Pusic actively used rotation. The starting lineup of his team will include summer newcomers Alaa Gram and Bartol Franjic, as well as Brazilians Vinicius Tobias and Pedrinho, who have returned to the club. Also in the starting lineup is 20-year-old midfielder Anton Glushchenko. Egor Nazarina will lead the team onto the field with the captain’s armband.

The friendly match will start at 20:00 Kyiv time. The match will be broadcast on the official YouTube channel of the Miners. Let us remind you that the Ukrainian champion agreed on two consecutive friendlies with the Croatian grandee. The second match between Shakhtar and Dinamo Zagreb will take place tomorrow, July 27 (the start is also at 20:00) and will complete the training camp program in Slovenia for the Ukrainian club.

Earlier, Shakhtar managed to play six friendlies in Slovenia. The Miners’ assets include victories over Bosnian Sarajevo (4:1), Rizespor (5:0) and Besiktas (1:0).

The Donetsk club also drew with Croatian Hajduk (1:1). In two more friendly matches, Shakhtar lost narrowly to Serbian club Backa Topola (0:1) and English Ipswich (0:1).

Marino Pusic’s team starts the new UPL season with a match against Poliesie in the second round. The match against Vorskla in the first round has been postponed to a later date due to the players of both teams being called up to the Ukrainian Olympic team.
